Exchange Policy:

• Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.
• You must request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process:

• To request an exchange, please email us at azortaindia@gmail.com.
• Along with your exchange request, you must send a video of the product being unboxed in the presence of the courier delivery person. This is a mandatory requirement for processing the exchange request.

Reverse Shipment Fee:

• A fee of ₹150 will be charged for the reverse shipment required for the exchange.

Exchange Approval:

• Once we receive your exchange request and the required video, our support team will review it.
• If the exchange is accepted, our support team will connect with you for further steps.
• If the exchange request is not accepted, we will provide a reason for the rejection.
