At Azorta, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Please carefully review our updated return and exchange policy below:


Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues.

  • You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be new, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.


Return / Exchange Process

  1. To request a return or exchange, please email us at azortaindia@gmail.com.

  2. Along with your request, please share a video of the product being unboxed in the presence of the courier delivery person — this is a mandatory requirement for processing your request.

  3. Once we receive your request and the required video, our support team will review it and connect with you for the next steps.


Reverse Shipment Fee

  • A ₹150 fee will be charged for the reverse shipment required for the return or exchange.

  • There is no additional restocking fee.


Refunds & Processing Time

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 2 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the original product is received and approved.
