Along with your request, please share a video of the product being unboxed in the presence of the courier delivery person — this is a mandatory requirement for processing your request.

Reverse Shipment Fee

A ₹150 fee will be charged for the reverse shipment required for the return or exchange.

Refunds & Processing Time
